International Shipping:
Shipping fee is $30.
Order processing time 2-3 days (Mon-Fri)
Delivery time 3-5 days (Mon-Fri)

Track your order
Once the product has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.
Change order information
Regarding shipment of packages, we aim to process them as soon as possible and expedite the shipping procedure. If you need to change your order information (including your shipping address), you can do so only if your order has not been shipped. To change your shipping address, please email info@fukuramjapan.com. (Available only from Monday to Friday)
lost or damaged
Fukuram Japan is not responsible for identifying packages lost or damaged during shipment, or lost or stolen after delivery. This applies to both domestic and international orders.
